Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Oil
1 cup of diced Corned Beef
1/2 a cup of chopped Onions*
1 cup of Potatoes, cooked and diced
Instructions:
Brown the onions in oil for 3 minutes then add the beef and potatoes and reduce to a medium heat. Press the mixture down to make it flat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until browned.
