1 small Onion
4 tablespoons of Lamb Stock
1 crushed Garlic Clove
350g of mashed Potato
225g of Lamb Mince
Tomato Puree
225g of Canned Tomatoes
2 teaspoons of Plain Flour
Instructions:
Fry the onion and garlic until browned and stir in the mince. Cook this, stirring regularly, on a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the flour and cook for a minute before adding the tomatoes still in the juice, tomato puree and stock. Slowly allow this to come to the boil and put in a heatproof dish. Pipe the potato on top as a lattice pattern and place under the grill to brown.
