2 chopped rashers of Bacon
1 Chorizo Sausage, sliced
225g Pork Sausages, sliced
2 tablespoons of Tomato Puree
1 sliced Onion
1 chopped Tomato
200g drained Red Kidney Beans
1 teaspoon of Olive Oil
Instructions:
In a casserole dish heat the oil and cook the pork sausages alongside the bacon until they are golden. Remove these and cook the chorizo sausage and onion for 7 minutes. Put the sausage and bacon back in and add the tomato puree and 250ml of water. Leave this to cook for 20 minutes then stir in the tomato and beans and cook for 5 minutes before serving.
