PIZZA   Ingredients:

2 cups of warm Water
2 teaspoons of Salt
2 tablespoons of Yeast
2 tablespoons of Oil
2 teaspoons of Sugar
5 cups of Flour
(Or use a ready-made pizza base)

Instructions:

Mix the yeast and water and let it stand for 5 minutes. Mix in half of the flour, the sugar, salt and oil. Put in the remaining flour and knead the mixture. Cover this for half an hour and leave alone to rise. After this time punch the dough and mould it into a pizza base- or several depending on the size and thickness of the pizza. Lay out the base on a sheet of greaseproof paper and add topping. We suggest: tomato puree, ham, onion, pineapple and mushrooms sprinkled with cheese. Cook for 25 minutes at 180˚C.
