MEATLOAF
Ingredients:
375g of Beef Mince
1/2 of a chopped Onion
90g of Sausage Meat
1 tablespoon of Mustard
1/2 a beaten Egg
55g of Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and place in a greased loaf tin. Cover the mixture with a greased piece of greaseproof paper. Bake in the oven for about an hour and check it is cooked through: if not cook then for a further 15-30 minutes. The greaseproof paper should be removed about 50 minutes into the cooking time.
