125g of chopped, precooked Lamb
1 diced Cooking Apple
125g of chopped Ham
Dried Rosemary
1 chopped Onion
100ml Chicken Stock
1 packet of Frozen pastry
1 beaten Egg
Instructions:
Put the ham, lamb, onion and apple in a dish and sprinkle with Rosemary. Add the stock and a splash of Cider if desired. Roll out the pastry and place on top, cutting a slit in the top. Brush this over with the egg and cook for 35 minutes at 190˚C.
