FISH PIE   Ingredients:

500g of Cod or Haddock
Grated Cheese
500g of Salmon
Mustard Powder
White Sauce mixture (or ready-made)
Peas
3 large potatoes, quartered  

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Start by boiling the potatoes, just submerged in water for 15 minutes or until soft. When they are finished and drained, mash them with a little butter. Make up the white sauce with a sprinkling of mustard powder and put the fish in with it, this should be in bite-size chunks; stir this over the heat. Let this simmer for 15 minutes, add the peas and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Put this into an oven proof dish and spread the mashed potato on top. Sprinkle it with cheese and place in the oven for 30 minutes before serving
