1 chopped Onion
Packet of Cheese Sauce Mix
450g of cooked or canned Potatoes
425ml Milk
350g of Corned Beef
Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 a teaspoon of Mustard
0g of grated Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon of toasted Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200˚C. Fry the onion for 5 minutes until golden. Whilst this is happening, slice the corned beef and cut the potatoes into fairly thick slices. Make up the cheese sauce as instructed on the packet with the milk and add the Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Fill a casserole dish with layers consisting of: fried onion, potatoes, beef with the sauce, and sauce alone. Mix the cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle this on top. Cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
