CHILLI   Ingredients:

1 chopped medium Onion    
200g of tinned Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 a chopped and deseeded green pepper   
300g of Red Kidney Beans, drained
1 teaspoon of mild Chili Powder     

Instructions:

Fry the onion and pepper for 7 minutes and add the chilli powder. Stir this in for a minute and add the tomatoes making sure they are mixed in. Simmer this mixture for 15 minutes on a slightly lower heat. Add the kidney beans and cover for another 10 minutes. After this time makes sure everything is mixed well and serve.
