2 chopped Chicken Breasts
115g Sour Cream
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Ritz Crackers, crumbled
1/2 a cup of Milk
1 chopped Onion
2 chopped Mushrooms
1 chopped Red Pepper
1 can of Peas, drained
Margarine
Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 170˚C. Boil the chicken for 25 minutes or until cooked and dice. Place in an oven proof dish. Mix the soup, milk, onion, peppers, mushrooms, sour cream and peas and pour this over the chicken. Mix the crackers with a little melted margarine and spread on top, topped with a sprinkling of grated cheese. Cover this and cook for 30 minutes.
