Ingredients:
20g of Salted Peanuts
1 Egg Yolk
130g of Beef Mince
1 tablespoon of Oil
1 tablespoon of chopped Onion
1 Batch/ Burger Bun
1 sliced Tomato
Instructions:
Chop the peanuts and mix them with the mince and onion. Bind this together with the egg yolk and shape it into a rounded, flat cake. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burger for 5 minutes on either side. Once thoroughly cooked place the burger in the slightly warmed bun and top with fried onion or chopped tomato if you wish.
