Ingredients:
1 pack of Trifle Sponges
Strawberry Jelly
1 Carton of Ready Made Custard
1 Carton of Double Cream
Instructions:
Take the trifle sponges and cut each one in half, place them in the bottom of a medium sized dish until the cover the base. Make up the jelly according to the instructions on the packet and pour it over the sponges. Place this in the fridge until cool. Next heat up the custard a little and spread it over the cooled jelly until it is smooth. Once again place the trifle in the fridge until cooled. Whilst it is chilling whisk the cream until it forms peaks and becomes able to hold its shape. Spoon this over the top of the custard and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles or decorate if desired. Place it to chill for another 15 minutes and serve.
