Ingredients:
1 Trifle Sponge, diced
2 tablespoons of Orange Juice
75g of Raspberries or Strawberries (fresh, frozen or tinned)
1/2 a tablespoon of Caster Sugar
75ml Plain Yoghurt
75ml Creme Fraiche or Cream
Instructions:
Place your trifle sponge into the bottom of a dish or bowl and pour the orange juice on top of it. Slice your raspberries or strawberries up as small as you can and mix in the sugar. Spoon this mixture onto the sponge base and spread it so it covers it completely. Mix together the crème fraiche and yoghurt and beat until slightly fluffy if possible. Pour this onto your fruit and place in the fridge for 10 minutes or longer until you are ready to eat. If you wish you can decorate the top with more fruit before serving.
