SAFE SEX ADVICE
If you choose to have sex it is important to do it safely, If not you put you and your partner at risk of STIs/STD's as well as unwanted pregnancy. We aim to offer you advice about the different types of contraception so you can choose the best methods for you.
Remember, even if you are in a long term relationship you should always protect yourself. If you and your partner decide to use a method that doesn’t protect against STIs/STD's then you should both get an STI/STD check done at your doctors or local G.U.M clinic first (you can find this through your phone book or an internet search engine).
It is always better to be safe than sorry so make sure you are checked out regularly and use some form of protection whenever you have sex unless you
are aiming to have a baby.
